About MOPOCE

This website is operated by SIJING LIGHTING CO., LIMITED, trading as MOPOCE. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our online store. They also explain how project enquiries are handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using our website

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any account login details secure. You must not use the website for unlawful activity, payment fraud, malicious software or interference with other customers or our services.

Product information and suitability

Review the specific product listing for dimensions, materials, finish, voltage, light source and installation requirements before ordering. Specifications vary by product and configuration. Please contact us if an essential requirement, including dimming compatibility, is not stated. Do not assume that certification, outdoor suitability or a feature shown for one product applies to another. Screen appearance and natural material patterns can vary; this does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a suitably qualified professional in accordance with the supplied instructions and local requirements.

Prices, payment and order details

The currency, item prices, available payment methods and charges collected by our store are shown during checkout. Review the order total and delivery details before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges. A product marked as quotation-only requires a written quotation; its catalogue entry is not a final price or delivery commitment. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement.

Delivery and order changes

Delivery estimates depend on the product, production requirements and destination. Refer to the product information and the delivery terms provided for your order. Contact info@mopoce.com promptly if you need to change an address, configuration or order. Changes may no longer be possible once production or shipment has begun. If a shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant information so we can investigate. These procedures do not limit cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.

Returns and after-sales support

For a return, refund or product issue, contact info@mopoce.com with your order number, the item concerned and a description of the issue. For damage claims, keep the packaging and provide photos where possible. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back; our registered business address is not an automatic return destination. Any return or warranty conditions disclosed for your purchase apply alongside your statutory rights, and cannot remove mandatory rights or remedies.

Trade, project and custom orders

Submitting a project enquiry does not place an order. Product configuration, quantity, sample requirements, price, payment schedule, production timeline, delivery scope and after-sales terms must be recorded in the written quotation or order confirmation. Review drawings, finishes and specifications before authorising production. Any later changes require written agreement. For a business purchase, the specific written terms agreed for that order govern those details; mandatory applicable rights remain unaffected. By supplying design files or references, you confirm that you are entitled to provide them for evaluation and the agreed work. Sending a reference does not by itself transfer ownership of that design.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store uses Shopify and may link to third-party services, including payment or communication providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Updates and contact
